This is a dangerous company you can ever use.I asked them for a quotation and they sent it to me.I approved the quotation and they sent me an invoice to make a payment.They sent me the details of the driver so I can communicate with him.I called the driver and asked him to call me when he is on the way so we meet on site.After 3 hours I called the driver and he said the company had re Assitanother driver.i called the company then they said the driver is already on site and he is leaving because the container is an abnormal load.For them to quote me,I sent them photos of the whole container,when their driver got to site, he said he can’t take it because it’s an abnormal load,hence they had charged me for it.Furthermore,he said there were things inside the container which could be easily removed should they had called me coz I was gona put them in my bakkie.They then sent me an email that for the truck to return,I should pay 1500.I told them that I can’t pay anything more,then I asked them to refund me.I had paid R13211.20 refund R6520.50.NB the reasons they gave for not picking up the container were not my problem.This company is a ****,you can tell by their address on the website,it’s not even a valid address.Never use Johannesburg Truck hire
