Premium Carports - a “no go”

I cannot even think that I decided to deal with the company Premium Carports. Summary: - took them 3 weeks to finish a 3 car residential carport (still a section of the gutter is not painted and i get told they will find time hopefully) - not a single manager visited the site during the installation, only when i questioned this did a manger arrive. (He kept telling me he is busy with “big projects” therefore he did not visit my site . I guess a floating 3 car carport customer is not of importance to them) - if i did not follow-up, they would not give feedback during the installation - endless excuses as to why the installation is took so long - the phrase “first thing in the morning” means 12:00 - raised two complaints to their upper management, still not a single response from them
