I’m really concerned about the quality of your KWay products lately. I've noticed feathers coming out of seams(send for repair dont know how) and color fading. Customer service hasn’t been great either, from store to customer care and back and my feedback feels ignored. I'm currently waiting for repairs and was told last week they’d be ready this week, but now I’ve been informed it might take another 3 weeks. I’m starting to think about supporting other brands. Just a heads up for other customers to be careful. I hope you can fix these issues.
