Good day there’s a debit order that went on the 25/07/2025 Of amount R9739.57 for Hyphen and i was told that they can’t reverse the money back to my account i must contact them directly which i don’t understand because the debit order went on a wrong date of agreement and the contract has been cancelled and an arrangement was made that i will pay my debts directly so am not a happy client now with capitec because the amount of 9739.57 is gone and there’s no solution

My name is Nicholas Chauke I was driving a golf 6 TDI 2012 model and my car had a problem with injection so I send it to auto spare for repair in Brakpan back in 2011 so the guy never communicated with me with regard of the car progress and we I went check on him he was never working in that place anymore,He made excuses that he tried to call me with regards to the car and he have send my car at We buy cars because he never get hold of me which he never did at all so am not sure if my car is still there or not plz assist me on getting my car back
