From the very beginning, this institution went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. Their dedication to student success is unmatched, and the level of service I experienced was nothing short of outstanding. Every query, concern, and request I had was handled with urgency, kindness, patience, and genuine care.A very special thank you to Collete Auret, Selie Boer, Lene, and Anso. You guys are absolutely phenomenal. Your professionalism, compassion, encouragement, and willingness to go the extra mile made such a meaningful impact on my educational journey. Bad service and was double debited.

Tried calling the service centre at 3pm regarding my billing account but could not get through to speak to someone. I held on the line for more than 30minutes with an answer and spent more than R30 airtime only to hold on the line with voice prompts. Bad experience and especially if you pay for a service and was double debited. 👎🏼
