Extremely Poor Service and No Accountability
I strongly advise against using Another Plumber, especially for any insurance-related repairs. My experience has been nothing short of appalling. The plumber appointed by the insurance company delivered extremely poor workmanship, failed to resolve the initial issue properly, and showed no accountability afterward. Their communication was unprofessional, the quality of the work was below standard, and follow-up was non-existent. It’s clear that Another Plumber prioritises quick insurance payouts over proper service delivery and customer satisfaction. If you value your time, money, and safety, avoid using Another Plumber at all costs. They should not be on any insurer’s approved service list until they can prove they are capable of doing the job properly.
