Bad attitude from the Supervisor and the branch manager in charge
Today 18/01/2025 I went to Woodmead Pick n Pay to few item and to buy a pack of X 6 small biscuits for a price of R19.90 as per the Price I saw yesterday thinking it's on Special, as took the pack to the till I was told it's R45.00+_ , then I told the lady on the till that I saw a price of R19.99 , then she call someone to go with me and double check the price and only to find that they put a wrong label in front of the item , The he call a supervisor to come and see, then the supervisor said to me the price is not for this item I must read when I want to buy next time then I ask for the Branch Manager in charge his name is Canny I was told , when I explain that I saw this item at this price he also said I must read the price whole price card information before I take anything so I will have to pay R45.00 of which I did not see that amount on the shelf , my apologies for not reading the whole information on the price card I just saw R19.99 then I took the item , I decided not to buy that pack and pay for the rest, I then went back to the same shelf I find that that price card for R19.90 was removed now my Question is why did they remove the R19.90 if we as customers have to read? Great service
I have been a great experience for Family for the past four years my daughter attended at Mama J School The principal has been so good to us especially when my wife passed away 2022 , she just beyond a Principal she also a mother to my children even if the other one not attending yet at her school, she has been checking on us now and then to see if we are ok with my kids. Next year im taking my 2 year old daughter to her school also, Thank you so much Mama J , im lost for words God bless to you and your team
