On 24 August 2024 we ordered Hemp gummies and paid for it R2960.00, ever since when you contact or query them, they keep on having excuses and say that they will do a re-ship. It has been said 8x now. When you try to track the parcel with a tracking number it doesnt exist. Please can you help in this matter. Thank you
