No service after deposit paid 11 months ago

My elderly mom paid a deposit of R17 000.00 in November 2023 to this company trading as Spartan Electrical and Broadway Electrical in Durban North/Parkview, till date, no material or service has been delivered. On numerous occasions on contacting Mr Ryan Taylor directly telephonically, he always has had an excuse, now not responding. It has almost been a year and he refuses to re-imburse or deliver the service to my mom. Utterly disgusted with the advantage taken of the elderly!
