Connect IQ is a disgrace

I was working at Connect IQ until I decided to let go that is not a company it a joke if it was a company people will still be working beautiful heart are left to either resign or be fired they fire managers who are really working and leave the managers who are stupid and don't know they job people can't voice out they concerns because the owner of connect IQ is dating one of the managers who also fire's who ever she wants because she knows that the owner will believe her over every thing she makes life's of every human around her hell she has fired almost over 10 people who work really hard and mention that they don't work because she has power her man is the owner .that is not a company if the owner wants his company to grow he will either have to give her girlfriend another position not as a manager or put her in another department because the business won't grow of people who make other people cry every day and the owner doesn't see what happens within the office why don't they do a digging of mistakes the girlfriend does who gossip take people out to smoke with her go out of the office for over 20 Min with representative and say they working she has the perks of being a girlfriend of the boss so because they all scared of her people are not happy in the office I wish they had a place to rate so the owner can see I have not stop I'll will go all platforms until the people I left are helped because you don't wake up to go to work to be fired people have bills have children why make the job about your girlfriend why people must cry in the toilets and wipe tears and come back to sign warnings is it fair why can't the owner think of his business more then thinking of his girlfriend people are suffering firstly people get paid R5500 then after 3 months it R5885 and there so much that you need to do be paid peanut after that be treated like a animal alot of people are happy at they job because it a Monday to Friday weekend off but treatment is so unfair even managers can't say anything if they don't like because the girlfriend always have her ways some manager are going to be fired on Friday and the girlfriend is talking about it with her team and saying she is happy some of the teams from Zepz contract are ending she is telling her team about it and saying she is happy that people won't have jobs is that a company you can work for where one of the managers is happy that people don't have jobs I hope the owner will look this up because you are going to lose alot because of one person your girlfriend people talk what ever you discuss in teams or meeting the girlfriend calls a meeting and go tell her team even things that members should not know which are private and confidential so what out thank god I left that place but I still get all information of what happening If you want your business to grow sort out your girlfriend have chat with the QA Reps even Managers because your company will also be hiring and firing because of one person who is a rotten egg
