Absolutely awful experience, save yourself the trouble. On the 10th of December I bought and paid for a bed that was listed in stock on the website. Owner proceeds to call me and tell me there isn't stock but he can give me a floor model or a cheaper option (stock management isn't up to par clearly). I say no thank you and ask for a refund. He proceeds to tell me it will be processed the very next morning with the financial department and that because it's caught so early it should be quick. Their WEBSITE lists a 7 business day refund period, he said it will be faster. On the 22nd I follow up because I've heard nothing, he tells me he's busy arranging the letter as we speak and will send it shortly. He now also proceeds to tell me that the refund period is 10 business days, not 7 as per the website. I don't get my letter he was supposedly sorting out. On the 26th, 16 days after I asked for my refund, I contact him again because I've heard nothing and still have not received proof of refund. THREE days later he sends me the proof of refund, low and behold the process date for the refund is only on the 29th, not the day after I purchased it as he said it would be. It is now the 5th of January and I have still not received my refund, almost a MONTH later. On top of that, zero communication to try and rectify the situation. I can with honesty say this is the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life.
