NBA Store Africa online service is despicable.

I have the most awful experience with this shops online store. I placed an order on the 3rd of October 2024. The status on my order still days processing. Their website promises 2 to 5 days delivery but I am now sitting on day 9. I have made numerous follow ups on their social media pages and email, I tried calling their 1 store number and all go unanswered. I have no way of getting hold of them and they do not bother communicating any changes. They are quick to take the money but ridiculous on providing a proper and efficient service. This shop is very poorly managed. My son was so excited to buy the shoes but we are utterly disappointed with their service. I would like a refund so I can buy elsewhere.
