If I could give ZERO stars - I 100% would! where do I even begin. I have had a debt arrangement discussed with one of the agents that no longer is employed at this company and it was to be set up only on my instruction once I was ready to start the monthly payment. Bear in mind, I have not received a single email confirming my arrangement with a paper trail nor even an agreement that needed to be signed or received an email or sms with contact details I can reach out to if I needed anything from the company or needed to get in touch. Before the agent resigned I had requested a cancelation to be done as I no longer could make use of the services and being entitled to cancelling I felt it would not be a big deal. To my surprise this had not been actioned before the agent resigned and I ended up having R5 701.00 deducted from my bank account with the bank not being able to have it reversed nor the company being able to assist me. For 2 continuous weeks since the deduction, I have tried getting into contact with someone at the company who can help me and who is able to have this arrangement canceled before they take my money again month end but there is no breakthrough. I keep on getting passed through to dead lines in different departments. Their email address that they have online for people to get in touch is not working as emails to them are always undeliverable! And when you call them you hold until all your airtime is up and you have to purchase more airtime just to end up speaking to someone who is unable to assist you! I have had so many "formal complaints" raised to get help with this situation however they are always saying that there is no record of me raising a complaint or calling in to cancel. I am at my wits end. Having that money deducted from my bank account has caused me great detriment as I am currently expecting and the amount of stress I am enduring is not good for my health. I am raising this matter with the financial ombudsman as well. You are not entitled to keep on taking my money after I no longer need your services. I am not indebted to you! There is no hope in me that I will be assisted as I should with this company as thus far NO ONE has even tried to make contact regardless of my countless calls and always telling me that someone will be calling me back. Managers says that they will call back and they never do. This company's staff does not have an inch of delivering a customer service within them. To them it's just another job where they work to earn their money and not care about their daily job which is to assist clients and deal with unsatisfied clients. This situation has been draining and it has messed with me financially. I do not know how to reach this place and get the help I need. I am 100% persuing further action in this instance, debt companies should stop taking advantage of people!!
