I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I have received from KPC Brokers specifically Michelle Potgieter and Johnathan Levey regarding my insurance policy. After discovering that my jewelry, which is covered under the household contents section, was not insured for accidental loss while being worn, I sought clarification. Despite paying for home contents cover, I was repeatedly told that I required additional All Risk cover, which was never adequately explained to me when I initially discussed my policy.
