For the last 2 months we have been trying to solve a double billing on account number 65095009. We ordered a router in April, which we have received and paid for. We have been communicating with Mweb to cancel the 2nd router as their website does not allow us to cancel from our side. After numerous calls and assurance that this will be sorted. We were surprised to be contacted by a courier company that they are on route to deliver the 2nd router. We therefore advised the courier company to take back the router to Mweb as we have already received our router. I have also tried to communicate with Mweb via twitter and they assured me that this will be sorted. End of May 2025, Mweb deducted for Wifi and Router, I reversed the debit and only paid for the WIFI. Contacted them again and was assured that this will be rectified. on the 30th of June, Mweb deducted again for the router that we don't need and the router is in their possession. This has resulted in my debit orders for my life insurance bouncing as I have not catered for this additional deduction. The accounts department is pathetic. I'm so flabbergasted by this service. How can it be so difficult to sort out this problem. Now I must pay a penalty for reversing the debit order and in the meantime run around to sort out my debit orders which have reversed, and this is affecting my credit score.
Momentum, we have been trying to get a benefit statement since 20th September 2024, this is very urgent see below email and other emails. To date there's no reply. <div>On the 2nd of September 2024 we wanted to buy a vehicle from Legends Motors Klerksdorp, we agreed with the Sales Man by the name of Sizwe that we would like to view the vehicle, we were quoted R2875.00 for a truck and that if we are happy with the vehicle we will then pay the balance, prior to delivery we were asked to pay another R10K of which raised doubt and immediately cancelled the transaction. We were told that it will take 21days to get a refund. I have been sending emails and I spoke to a Jerry who was going to check with accounts how far is the refund, I have not heard any feedback, no one is responding I'm doubting that I will get my refund. I want to caution people not to trust this place. I'm actually very disappointed as the business looks professionally managed. All I'm asking for is my refund.</div>
