In December I was served a raw hamburger at Stables Restaurant which gave me severe food poisoning and cost me several days out of my vacation and a trip to hospital. Despite reporting this incident to customer service, I have not received any satisfactory response. All I have received was a generic response blaming the incident on a mysterious virus in the area - a pattern I have observed in their response to other incidents of food poisoning, and which is not consistent with the diagnosis of the doctor who treated me nor my experience. Very disappointed.
