Fair price lebowakgomo is just nonsense and horrible, it's almost 2weeks now waiting for my delivery and I have to leave to gauteng as I'm working there, I need my money back cos no one will open for them when I leave

Non working phone
I have purchased two phones from this China company , parcel received but one of the phone was received damaged, does not switch on or even charge its completely dead, I have made after sale review on their website but I'm ignored for a refund, I have send a watsapp message to their consultant but I'm ignored, I have send them an email and they are telling me to speak to the consultant who is ignoring me, I just need them to refund me or take their phone back for exchange of the one that is working because I can't pay and receive damaged phone, I feel like I have beed ********** because I even purchased items before and they refused to refund me, I feel so ****med and I'm not happy with their poor service because they don't take customers seriously while we pay a lot of money for our items to arrive in China, I'm so emotionally drained with shop ship shake with their sick behavior
