Will never ever use that Garage again I was der again and got bad treatment
Complaint about Shell Garage – Jaffers Motors Grassy Park I’m very disappointed and embarrassed by the way I was treated at Shell Jaffers Motors in Grassy Park. The first time I went there, I used the WiCode payment method for the first time. One of the staff members helped me nicely and showed me exactly how it works — he was respectful and patient. That’s why I went back the second time and even asked for the same guy again, because I liked how he treated me. But the second time things went completely wrong. The same supervisor said he’d help me but then a disabled foreign guy came to help instead. When I tried to show him how the WiCode works, he got angry and rude for no reason. We almost ended up arguing. While this was happening, my WiCode expired and I ran out of data. Instead of helping, the supervisor laughed at me together with the disabled guy. I was so embarrassed and disappointed that I didn’t even want to argue. Then I went into the shop to ask the lady cashier if I could connect to Wi-Fi to finish my payment, and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I came back the third time, I wanted to pay R160 cash and R140 with WiCode for petrol (R300 in total), and again they said they can’t help me like that. I told them it’s not my problem if their staff don’t know how to process WiCode payments. The same rude lady from before was there again — she talks about customers behind their backs and has a bad attitude. When I mentioned that the supervisor who helped me before was the black guy, she sarcastically said, “There’s only a black supervisor here,” in a very disrespectful tone. Eventually, the supervisor helped sort out the payment, but by then I was already upset. It’s clear that the staff at this Shell have no proper training on WiCode payments and no proper customer service manners. I was humiliated in front of others, laughed at, and treated badly for simply trying to pay for fuel. Because of this whole experience, I honestly don’t want to go back there again. Shell should really investigate Jaffers Motors Grassy Park — the behavior, the lack of respect, and the unprofessional service from the staff are unacceptable.
I was Chased out by the Manager because I had a Gown on and I was not the prob because their drive thru was closed 🔐 She was rude and very sarcastic my only words was "if I was white would u have treated me the same knowing ur drive thru is closed" and then she stopped being sarcastic. I told her to stay front of house (FOH) coz I dnt want her spitting in my food because she was nasty... I bought food there almost everymorning now I dnt pop in at all if I do it wil be once a month whn I'm desperate but I'm still scared to buy food tht will be spitted on.
Hi please people beware this companies staff is manipulative, I will explain thoroughly. I got a call from them they told me that I asked to apply for their service. I spoke to Nkele Maswabi and she told me that she can help me get the debt off my name and unlock my credit score which was a lie she told me tht the amount for her to clear my name will be R685 and then I said yes its fine then she asked me to approve the Debi check not knowing the deal wasn't R685. I told her I got prescription Letters for the 3accounts and the other 2 I made arrangements to pay so when I get the 2 paid up letters ill forward the 2 paid up letters then she can start to clear my name because I wanted all 5 accounts to disapear from (my credit check) then I called today to ask if she got the letters she then said yes then after I said she must just wait for paid up letters she told me that I must pay another R1500 and then I told her that her words was that the deal is R685 and then she said no its not and called her senior Daniel and he told me yes it is another R1500 so I told him it's fine I dnt want the service he told me I must still pay R685 and refused to get the once- off Debi check of R685, Off my Account and said I Confirmed and the hang up on me and if I call Finwell the Hang up on me which is disrespectful...I know if I go to my bank I can clear it from my bank and it's ******* to make my name bad on (my credit check) and i know they can't because they are a service not a Debt Management company ....but still they threatening you to pay for no service. I'm tired off this ****s and manipulation I was for 6years I was haunted by Debt collectors and now tht I came right to clear my name FinWell wana mess things up for me.
