Hello there, I bought a block of Gouda cheese on Thursday only to discover it's rather very rubbery. The outer layer was a bit white, it also tasted different than what I'm used to. The texture used to be a bit more soft and also used to be a bit more smooth and used to taste very nice comparing to the block of cheese I just bought. It's literally a 5min drive to my closeST supermarket, Checkers. I also do make use of a coolerbox. Will you please explain why this is the case?
