Has become ridiculous now
I am extremely disappointed with Kenya Airways. I have been waiting three months for a refund for my canceled flight, despite nearly 20 attempts to resolve this. As a frequent business class traveler, I expect better service. This experience has not met my expectations for the price. If my refund isn’t processed today, I will be forced to consider legal action. Avoid flying with Kenya Airways if you value timely customer service.
