Good Evening Hopefully this email finds you well. My name is Sello Baloyi Contact number 0814730986 I have a very serious issue with the service for KFC Phumlani Mall I had a problem with the service I was getting in the store. I spoke to Kamogelo Tau to call the manager for me the lady next to her by the name of Bridget Mahela. Told me the manager was on lunch only to know that she is the manager I complained to her about the service she told me I can do as I want that is the service they give The was only one cashier no one on the self serve to help customers I got number for Stephina Nchwe as they said she is the store manager, Bridget told me she won't do anything to them they pay her. I called Stephina she ignored my complain and stating to ignore my calls. Pep Cell Phumlani mall A stuff by the name of Mpumi is very rude can't even explain properly to customers
