Worst experience

Worst experience, I app**** for a loan and was approved. I signed the acceptance form. Then later received communication that I had to pay a refundable fee because I had a low credit score. It stated once I paid the fee, funds would be transferred. I paid the fee of R1999, then to my surprise while expecting to get confirmation of payment into my account, I received another letter stating I have to pay a further R2870 for cost of transfer. Nowhere did the company indicate that there would be more than one payment required. I feel blindsided and ****med, because I requested that I cancel my loan application and refunded the money I paid, but they refused saying the can't do that. The only thing they can do is put my application on hold until I pay the R2870. What a disappointment.
