After reaching out to support a few times, I'm happy to say the issue has been resolved. I was initially concerned about unexpected charges and how quickly my credits were being used. However, after contacting customer support, they thoroughly explained everything and clarified some misunderstandings on my part. It turned out that membership renews automatically monthly, which I did not cancel as per policy. I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt and helpful responses. I'm grateful for their clear communication and willingness to resolve the situation. While I was frustrated at first, I'm now satisfied with how everything was handled, and I feel more confident using their service moving forward.
After hearing some positive reviews from friends, I decided to give Dating.com a try with a premium subscription. I was overwhelmed with 20+ matches daily, but unfortunately, only a few led to actual friend or romantic dates. The process of sorting through all the likes became quite time-consuming, as it seemed that 90% of the men didn't take the time to read my profile. I gave Dating.com a chance for five days to explore the online dating experience, but ultimately, I discovered that it wasn't the right fit for me. I personally prefer meeting people face-to-face through speed dating events, as it allows for a more natural and organic connection. While Dating.com might work for some, I found it to be a bit too impersonal and time-consuming for my taste.
