Unsatisfied client at South Rand Hospital

After finding out I was pregnant,On the 10th of March,had experience drops of period went the Hebrow clinic then refered to South Rand Hospital,they checked ultrasound and told me the baby is there but no heartbeat,on the second day,went to do another ultrasound then it was the same story of no heartbeat, immediately was inserted a pill to flush,then at 22:00 at night another pill under my tongue,and following day 2x short of the same under the tongue at morning and at 22:00 at night but I hadn't flushed anything then following day was I told will be discharged after being sent to ultrasound again,then indeed they prepared discharge letter and checkup letter of on 20 March, along with doctor s letter, I went to flat and my intuition was telling something was not wright because most ladies I was with them at hospital they discharged the foetus, but I didn't,on 20 I went back there and was sent to ultrasound again and I assured me that everything was out,then yesterday me and my fiance were having *** after my longest period cycle from 02 April up to 8th April then out of blue a lot of blood came out when I stood up on the floor there was a small beanshape ball transparent n inside it there's a jelly like fluid with something inside that jelly,I'm very stressed and frustrated,all this happen it was even my first time being pregnant
