Blu 52 chemicals going solid

I have been using Clear 4 weeks and now Blu 52 for many years and never had any complaints but for the last few months the chemicals in the central container have gone solid as if moisture has got in. I had to use a ***** driver to loosen it before I could pour it into the weir. I found it difficult to contact them.
