Yesterday I went to refinery mall of Mthatha,I purchased a pink dress. Did not fit it as I was in a hurry and did not try it on. Got home and only tried it on this morning. It was very loose, so I took it to the shop to down size it. I was denied due to that they said it had sweat stains. The dress was not checked prior only when I needed an exchange It was checked. I'm livid refinery please intervene. The dress costs R550 .
3 times this week ( due to myself n my kids birthday celebrations )I HV been to Westham bakeries Newlands and bought cakes that are off. Took yesterday one back it was a Ferrero n cream was off cake was stale.5th of Jan was my birthday ,bought a choco caramel cake was stale and doughnuts long ones were off.went on my son's birthday on the 11th of Jan again doughnuts were off .I super upset.when I was in the store manager on duty said it's a common case that other customers HV been experiencing. @Westham bakeries why do u keep things that are off and serve them to us.

Good day ,I would like to log a formal complaint regarding the service that was tendered to me by your 2IC (Mbali Ngema) at your bridge city store in dbn yesterday. I ordered items on line that were not suitable,then I opted to return them at that store. I was sent to self print the invoice at my cost. When I asked her y because I produced an e-mailed order number.to my suprise she said it's the company process and she needs to verify the SKU.sku were attached on items. I'm still asking my self why refinery does not stipulate the fact that online customers must print their own invoice prior to doing exchanges or refunds? I went and printed just to join the que again so that I can be assisted.when I reached the counter Mbali had a SOP meant for instore staff training purposes and gave it to me to read or take pictures so that I understand your policies.Her attitude alone disqualifies her as a brand ambassador unless the company promotes this type of behaviour.it was strange for me to receive such service n treatment from someone that is appointed to lead the store team.
