Raw Chem - ****
"Raw Chem International" is calling me daily demanding I pay for products I did not order. They called in Feb to offer a discount package on chemicals. At the time, we were looking at getting competitive quotes so I agreed to a starter pack. Which I then paid for. A few weeks later I receive another package which I had not ordered. They claim it states on the invoice that it is part 2 of the package. I told them I dont want the products and I am happy to send them back. Now they are claiming that because we paid the first invoice we are liable for the second invoice or we must pay back the so called 50% discount on the first order.... Supposedly they are in RANDBURG. I really feel like they are ****ming us and trying to push there luck. Do I need to call a lawyer? Or must I really pay these awful people!
