Worst Installation and Quality
Do NOT do business with this company called *Dreams Glass and Aluminium* Gideon / William / Peter /Sibusisiwe The biggest bull****ters you will find in your life. Was meant to finish work now other clients new jobs are more important leaving you. 4 Days to install a window. Half done installation / Scew panels/ Scew Windows / Broken glass. They will come and finish the work after they have taken on new jobs and installations as apparently my window is a snag list.. Broke tiles as they carried the new window in etc My list can go on.. Now having to pay another company to come and fix their job I paid for... I say again do not save yourself a couple of rand it will cost you more in the long run. They are sharks. All about the next client leaving current clients stuck Def not a Dream company... Ps. William the so-called owner said he doesn't care If I go to social media it makes no difference in his life... Let's see how social media will go viral showing him exactly how powerful it can be... When you use it to get business - you have to be damn sure you don't lose it the same way

It is YOUR problem after paying for a service
Victor from King Cleanup came and washed our mattress, i specifically asked him to make sure the mattress is taken back into the house, when i came back the mattress was left under a tree and the bed still soaking wet. We left the mattress outside to dry and turned it to get rid of the excess water. Obviously from being left under a tree and too heavy to move due to the water it landed up dirtier than before. We finally were able to move the mattress inside the house and had the fan on to try and dry it asap. With the excess water the matress started smelling horrible and we tried to clean it as much as possible. We phoned Victor back and asked him to come and clean the mattress as it has a terrible \Wet Dog"/ Mold smell. We were told he would come back the next day. When i phoned him and asked when he is coming he said we should reschedule as he is busy"
