Great Service and Quality, But Room for Improvement I recently worked with Signs4sa for a new set of custom signs for my business, and overall, I’m very happy with the result. The team was professional, responsive, and helped me throughout the design process. They offered a wide range of materials and finishes to choose from, and I’m thrilled with the final product – the signs look fantastic and really elevate the look of my storefront. The turnaround time was reasonable, and the installation process went smoothly. I also appreciated how they were able to accommodate a last-minute change to one of the designs without much hassle. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. First, I found the communication to be a little slow at times. There were moments when I had to follow up a few times to get a response or an update on my order. Additionally, while the quality of the signage is excellent, I did notice a slight mismatch in color between the proof and the final product. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it was a bit noticeable and worth mentioning. Overall, I would definitely recommend Signs4sa for their great service, quality craftsmanship, and competitive pricing. With just a bit more attention to communication and final product consistency, they would be a 5-star experience!
