Don't use REMAX!
I don't recommend these estate agents. We as owners have suffered severe financial damages because of Remax that did not do their work as contractually agreed. But they smiled to the Bank every month with their commissions and sundry fees! POOR

Mis-Management of Property!!!
We as the landlords experienced poor service from ReMax Koepel. We appointed Remax Koepel to manage our property, but I can truly say that Remax Koepel did not manage our property at all, but received their monthly commissions! Remax Koepel did not collect the deposit, as stated in the lease agreement. They also did not collect the last month's rent from the tenants, but took their commission! No exit inspection was done when the tenants moved out. We as the owners of the property discovered various damages to our property. The total damages cost equates to R19k. How fair is it to us as the owners to pay for these damages ourselves, while no deposit was collected, last month's rental was not collected, and no exit inspection was done. Not good! Poor!
