Upgrade required

The personnel who served me was really friendly. But the plugs with charging points and USB ports and the sitting area was horrible. I was so ashamed to have people from abroad meet there and see the state it was in, broken charging ports, cracked seats etc. they should really upgrade this and get new seats, this is definitely not the way we would like South Africa to be showcased at an international airport.
