AVB Tipper bodies bad business practices
I have send 2 UD CWE 330 tipper trucks to be fitted with new 10 cubes bins in April 2024 with 3 months delivery lead time. Andries manage to finish one truck after 6 months with old/refurbished DO*** tipping valve which got stuck and I had to replace. I collected the second truck in January 2025 with the fear of stripping it, the second truck did not have the typing system (cylinder, DO*** valve, hydraulic tank, and cabin air control valve) and other accessories. Both trucks were drained dry. He’s blaming a bad business year but I’ve made a full payment for the service he failed to deliver as per the agreement. He is not to be trusted with anything, he’s a lier and just a bad business person.

Poor business ethics
I have placed a filter order with Henry a year ago. Despite repeated inquiries, I have yet to receive my refund after the order was canceled due to non-delivery. Each time I ask, I am assured the deposit will be processed within an hour, but it has now been a month without resolution. Their service is poor, lack professionalism with poor business ethics.
