Selling ******* cars

I bought a car from dealership Adamant car sales on the 2nd of October i drove the car to limpopo Tafelkop all was ok . On the 11th October the car started giving me problem i had to drive it to Groblersdal to Mechanic only to find petrol pump was dead the dealership paid for the cost. A week later the car started having more issues and i had to drive it back to gauteng . The dealership referred me to their mechanic where they checked only to find the car was not serviced it needed R8000 for the service. The dealership refused to help me service the car now i want to return the car back to them and they are telling me i jus bring my lawyers cause they gave me the car while it was ok. My question is the car starter having problems even before i can pay my first installment . Now the car it only a month old and its not moving i can use it.Why must i pay a car for 5 years that is not moving???.
