I paid my bill (R337.39) on 1 November 2024, yet my service was suspended on 16 November 2024 due to “insufficient funds.” This is the second time this has happened despite timely payments. Last time, I had to pay again due to your mistake. If not resolved within 24 hours, I will escalate this.
