I am extremely appalled by the service this airline has provided me. I landed on the 7th of May through Ethiopian Airlines from Tenerife, Spain to Cape Town, South Africa, only to find that they have lost my luggage! They promised that my luggage got mixed with a different flight would be landing the next day however I was never contacted regarding that. I have extremely expensive items in that suitcase which according to their regulations will either not be compensated for or I will be compensated 20$ per kg. I’m sorry but I refuse to accept that!!! 20$ per kg will never account for the contents that are in that suitcase. I contacted them plenty of times and they promised that they were looking for my bag but it has literally been 3 weeks now and they claim it has been lost and sent me a form to sign and fill out my banking details??? Excuse me are we just going to disregard that those are valuable items???? Some of them irreplaceable. Avoid this airline at all costs!! This is absolutely disgusting!!!!

OMG Capitec still has not resolved my complaint. My app is still not working. They contacted me saying they’re investigating and that they’re going to contact me via teams as I don’t have access to my SA number anymore. After I explained to them that I don’t Microsoft Teams either and suggested a google meet or something, no one has gotten back to me since. I’m honestly infuriated I just want my app up and running again what is so hard to understand about that and what are they even investigating when no one has contacted me about this matter???
I’m a capitec client, currently working overseas. My app has not been working for a couple of weeks now, I am extremely frustrated by this. I tried emailing the customer service email address however I only received what seemed to be an automated email that was prompting me to use their WhatsApp service line. The WhatsApp service is absolutely useless because I got no where with the whole thing. I’m extremely appalled by the lack of urgency this bank has and just their basic incompetence. They don’t cater to their South African clients who live overseas. It’s pay day and I need to send money to my family back home but I can’t. I would never recommend them to anyone
