No quality, No client relations

I bought samples from Pansula Workwear on the 17th of September 2024, Received the stock by courier 1. The quality is absolutely far below average 2. No labels on the uniforms of what you actually get, I paid and ordered Polycotton Conti Pants & Jackets 80/20 work wear, 3. Sizes are different I have ordered 12 Items in the sample pack 2 x sizes of each size I required none of the sizes can be compared "The 38's ordered can't even go over the thighs of my employees that is actually a 38 size. But the other "J"make fits 4. Can see through the material. The material is different for each item It is now over 2 months later, today is the 22 of November 2024, I was informed again today they will let me know...... Pansula in my experience has no client service and no quality control, Nasha @ Pansula even confirmed I am not the only client complaining about the quality Keri @ Pansula my salesperson is apparently the only one who can assist me, no assistance from her supervisor.
