Saw A DRESS that I liked on their Facebook page and made an inquiry on it via whatsup number 083 482 900 Friday the 18th of October. Had a quick response and I was told how to order and on the same day I paid for the dress including a courier fee R750.00 plus R100 totaling to R850.00, I was promised that my dress will be delivered the Thursday of the coming week which was the 24th October. did not receive the dress on that date, inquired again on the 29th October and I was told the coming Thursday latest...still no dress Inquired again on the 4th November and was answered on the 5th November with a screen shot of an ordered been sentenced by the courier company. On the 8th I was asked if I received the package and still no dress. From the 11th they just ignored and read my messages with ought a response only to send me a screen shot of my parcel being delivered to another person not me and an apology that another dress will be send to me with a different courier compony that will deliver on Thursday or Friday the latest 21 and 22 November...took it to their Facebook page and my first post was deleted, posted a second one and a lady responded that her colleague was assisted by a ticktoker after a long frustration of waiting for a dress that she ordered. today is the 23rd of November and I still don't have a dress 30days after placing that order yet they read my messages and don't respond.
