******ous Animal Clinic (PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FUR BABIES)

This animal clinic is an unqualified money making facility! We took our perfectly healthy 14 week old beautiful puppy for his 3 month vaccines on Saturday the 23/11/24 @ 16:00pm. Prior to taking him to the clinic he was running around the yard playing ball with us. When we got to the clinic he was playing there too! The vet gave him his rabies, 5in1 injection (both injections were administered on the same leg) and he was given his deworming tablet all at once (the complete tablet). Less than an hour later our fur baby struggled to breathe and took his last breath. When we took his lifeless body back to the clinic, the vet downplayed the entire situation, refused to take accountability and said that maybe he had an underlining condition. This was utter BS, he was a perfectly fit and healthy pup. He said we can send him for an autopsy which will cost us a further R3000, sure for them to cover up the findings as this is their profession and we are not medically qualified to know the difference. I dont recommend anyone to go there. They are the worst kind of people, claiming to love animals when they just want to make a sale! I was so astonished to read the complaints of this place on Hello Peter, after this traumatic incident occured. I wish I had seen the complaints sooner, our precious fur baby would still be alive if we never took him to this ******ous ********* animal clinic! please do yourself a favour and go and read the multiple complaints on Hello Peter
