Assistance with the claims

I really hope someone will answer us from Truda Foods, my brother recently passed away in June and was an employee at Truda Foods Queenstown. We were given paperwork to sign and promised that the policies will pay out and assist us with funeral. We did everything and submitted the forms to Danielle who works at HR. They then wanted to get us to sign a contract with them for beneficiaries but we declined. Now we are not getting any feedback as to tell us how far the claim has gone, even the HR lady blatantly ignores my emails. Can someone from Head office tell us what is going on with the claims, as this is monies that our brother worked so hard for.
