Poor service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from BFO Solar. I reached out to them for a solar installation quote, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. I had to continuously follow up to get any response or progress, as they seemed unwilling to take the initiative. They made several promises of appointment dates, but these were repeatedly canceled without prior notice. If they are this unresponsive during the quoting phase, it raises serious concerns about how they handle actual installations or after-sales support. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
