Dangerous & Defective Product
Bought a defective, broken blender and Takealot team are refusing to refund despite the fact that the product is clearly defective and smells of burnt wire, literally smoke comes out of it when you try to switch it on and black pieces falls out of the blender base (probably the burning wire)

Food Inn Grassy Park Worst Food Ever
I had the most disappointing experience at Food Inn in Grassy Park. I ordered a lamb curry and roti, and not only did I wait for over 1 hour and 30 minutes, but the food arrived cold and was practically inedible. The so-called lamb curry was just a red sauce with bones and hardly any meat, and the naan was like chewing on paper. The quality and taste were far below expectations, especially for the price. To make matters worse, the service was nonexistent—no updates on the delay or apologies for the poor quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for a decent meal.

Rude Cashier
I recently visited the Checkers at Westlake Lifestyle Centre, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with one of the cashiers, Nosiyabonga Mjokwa. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful—she rolled her eyes multiple times, mumbled under her breath, and handled my goods carelessly by dragging and dumping them. This kind of attitude makes customers feel undervalued and unwelcome. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously so that appropriate measures can be taken to improve the service experience at this branch.
