<p>Half way through our meals and drinks (bill of +/- R1000.00) a guy comes to our table dishing out demands and basically threatens me for having 2 pieces of my friend sushi ( later finding out he is the restaurant camera man). No introduction nothing I proceeded to call the manager that was also of no help. Being a regular customer I find this appalling and will defiantly proceed to tell everyone of the poor service received and never to go there.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
I have lodged and inquiry in January 2015 with regards to unidentified debit orders going off my account. After numerous emails back and forth the issue is to date still not completely sorted out. This morning I again contacted Digicash (Yolande Louw)who has no proof of any approval from myself to the customer to proceed with any debit orders. An attitude was given to me telling me that I am rude, while I just want this issue to be sorted and advising me yes go to your layers and lay a case ex. When they are the company with no proof of myself giving authorisation for debit orders. They also have my bank account details under the name MMAKAGISO and can't even comprehend why I want this issue to be sorted out as urgent as possible.
