Ignorance of Digipinit

I bought a MS Personal package somewhere else and didn't buy software through them. Then I receive emails where they provide me with product key etc. I notified them that I am already using the package as provided but they ignore me and continue sending me emails with thanks of purchase and product key info. I am not going to change my package because they say so. I paid R1199 for the personal package software. They are ******** and persistent!!
