Hi. yes, this is a sign. I am writing this review for someone who is looking for an agency for traveling. Please do not use this agency. A friend and I paid this lady R14k for a trip to Mozambique for my birthday celebration. Our mistake was not checking the review comments before we paid (Guilty) because my sister used it in the prior year. The comments below regarding her lack of communication are very true. Running around her? Very true. The trip was supposed to take place on the 25th of November, we asked for our refund earlier in November because of the political unrest in Mozambique. She said she would refund us but the girl is nowhere to be found. She is not responding to our messages. Today is the 07th of December 2024 and we are waiting for our refund. please comment "Give Lerato and Sino their money back".. if I receive the money, I will come and comment.. so far.. kindly do that for me.
