Pick and Pay asap, 1st and last time I will ever use this service! I ordered milk at 13h45, still waiting!!! Every time I check the delivery status on the app it gets extended. It has been almost 6 hours! They have no clue! The customer service number does not get answered in just a load of bull**** advertising about all their GREAT offerings! If they cannot even deliver 4 boxes of milk in an hour as advertised as I have no interest in any of the other bull**** offers they keep blabbering about whilst you are holding for their so called customer services to answer the phone. I am highly dissatisfied and will never make use of them again!!
What atrocious service - or rather - NO SERVICE! I am unable to get hold of the East Lynne Post Office, phones are not answered. I called the main customer care line and was left holding on the line without the phone being answered for over 10 minutes. I wish the people that work at these institutions will just resign because they are probably sitting having coffee and tea whilst the phones are ringing off the hook - this country, that used to be a 1st world country back before 1994 is now a dump, nothing works and people in government jobs are just there to get a salary - they have no pride in their work, don't care for customer service and absolutely don't care that the whole country is going down the ****per. EVERYTHING WORKED! NOW NOTHING WORKS!!!! Rather close down all the so called post offices - these people are just wasting tax payers money because they are seriously not interested in the work they are tasked with
I bought two of the R39 pie and Switch special deals and was charged R80, that amounts to R1 extra that I was charged. I find this very disturbing as when I enquired to the lady operating the till she info me that is how he till is set. If you take an additional R1, in my case R2, from every customer it adds up to quite a lot at the end of the day I presume. This was my first and last time making use of this shop. Be aware that the specials advertised are not what customers are charged, it is ******** in a sense. R1 or R2 may not be much but it all adds up at the end of the day. I see this as extreme dishonesty and you will never see me again. I am also spreading the word to other family and friends about this so called "special deal".
I went to the FLM store in Montana Pretoria as a first time customer as I heard from others about the specials and variety of fruit and vegetables. I will never ever return to that store. It stinks to death of rotten meat and the sugar donuts we bought that were on sale tastes and smells like fish. What a horrible experience at the till point. The lady packing the goods packed the fruit with such force that upon returning home the containers were broken. I will NEVER return to the FLM in Montana, or any other FLM. I was disgusted at the smell of the store, the donuts that were obviously fried in old fish oil, and the bad unfriendly service at the till point. Seriously don't understand how they can still be in business and have so many customers flooding into the store.
