Needs improvement!! Buyer beware

Used to be my favourite website to buy items from but recently i have become fustrated in dealing with some "agents". Deals are cancelled at the last mintute, some items bought are "missing" on the day of collection! Photos are misleading, no description of size or damage! Please request agents to disclose more details and atleast 3 photos. Would be nice to also know which agents are able to assist with me sending courier to collect without crazy charges of R150 to place it in a box!!
