I was a tenant at one of their residences in Bluedowns

I was a tenant at one of their residences in Bluedowns. We moved in on the 1 December 2023 the place was not cleaned or painted We had to do it ourselves. When we exited the building this year they refuse to refund our deposit saying they had to paint the walls. When we moved in we had to clean the walls ourselves yet they charging us for paint when they never even bothered to pain the place. They not.listening to us I've tried numerous times to explain to them the condition the house was in when we moved in .please assist
