Refund pending after poor IV administration
I have paid for a package of IV from this establishment that went so wrong. From the first administration of the IV drop that was a bad experience. The second was acceptable and the third dose did not even happen as the nurse just bruised me in 3 places. After the request for a refund was initially refused and when I sent pictures of the bruising to my arm, Joey (Manager) finally agreed to make the payment of what was owed to me. It is a month almost and I keep chasing this refund (e-mails and phone call) with excuses that Doctor in charge will process but never does. This establishment is dodgy and not a place I will recommend. For now as a conclusion I will like to get what is due to me.

LOCKED POST BOX - PARKLANDS
To whom it may concern :<br> <br> I have just been to my Post Box to collect post, only to discover that it was locked(sealed).<br> <br> I renewed by annual post box Rental on 29 DEC 2015 to the amount of R380.00.INVOICE NO 8495560)<br> <br> This is extremely frustrating as this is not the first time PARKLANDS post office has practiced such incompetence with my post box.<br> <br> It is absolutely absurd to be charged a full years rental, after there were no postal deliveries for approx. 4 mths due to the strike.<br> <br> I'm awaiting an important document, which will cost me financially if not received in time and this type of incompetence is unacceptable.<br> <br> Please resolve this mess ASAP and as i require my POST this week. Also, i would hope that none of my post over the last 3 months has been returned and I will like to know when this box got locked?<br>
