It's going for two years now we have been waiting for our funds to be returned, after a canceled property deal due to lack of communication, professionalism and ***** A property agent from Fengari Properties recommended a lawyer to us for transfer processes of the property, knowing very well he was recommended a *****ster attorney now we are caught up between them two denying who has the funds even though the funds were deposited into the attorneys trust account. When the attorney is being contacted he always states that he gave the money to the agent since the property agent had to get his commission even if the deal is canceled. But instead of transferring the 7,5% commission to the property agent he transferred the whole amount instead of transferring it back to us.He shared proof of payment showing that the agent has the money in their account.
