Inferior Battery company in Randfontein and no business ethics
I purchased a new Power Force heavy duty battery from Battery Clinic in Randfontein for my bukkie as I happened to be in that area that day. I reside in Olifantsfontein far away. The battery model is a Supervolt extended life and Power battery from Power Force. After 6 months the battery was already declining but still barely started the bukkie. I foned Battery Clinic and they said i must bring it back. After nine months I was forced to buy another battery from another battery company. At 10 months I took it back to Battery clinic and left it there as they said it must be sent back to factory for testing and it takes a few days. I foned them and they said i could pickup the battery. After two weeks I returned to collect and they said there was nothing wrong with the battery. They also said that I just want to return the battery within the one year warranty to score a new battery, which was not the case as I already bought another battery. They also made me pay a testing fee of couple of hundred Rand which I felt was unfair??? I paid and took my battery that day. I fitted the battery into my spare bukkie and experienced the same deteriorating circumstances. That spare bukkie it permanently on charge as the battery doesn't maintain its power to start the vehicle. I just thought I should share my frustration with an inferior battery make and a manager with no integrity and business ethics or compassion. Best regards Barry

After numerous fone calls and taking two days off work, they still haven't foned me back and honored their commitment to fit the new tracking device to my other vehicle
After numerous fone calls and taking two days off work, they still haven't foned me back and honored their commitment to fit the new tracking device to my other vehicle. This is a very poor show on their behalf. I'm very unhappy and disappointed.
